Capability, partners, availability and the events referred to on this site change over time, and we do not warrant that everything is current or complete. Descriptions of previously delivered work are summaries. Detail can be provided on request, subject to any confidentiality owed to the client concerned.

All content on this site, including text, the Nimbu Shield name and mark, graphics, photography, page design and underlying code, is owned by or licensed to Nimbu Global Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international copyright and trade mark law.

You may view the site, and print or download extracts for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation of our services. You may not:

• Republish, redistribute or commercially exploit any part of it.
• Reproduce the Nimbu Shield name or mark without our written permission.
• Present our material as your own, or use it in a proposal to a third party.
• Systematically extract content, including by scraping or automated collection.

Photography on this site is licensed stock imagery. It is illustrative and does not depict our personnel, our clients or work we have carried out.

Acceptable use

You must not use this site in any way that is unlawful or that damages, disables or impairs it. Specifically, you must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or the server it runs on, introduce malicious code, or submit false or misleading information through the enquiry form.

We monitor for and take action against automated abuse of the enquiry form.

Enquiries you send us

Do not send classified, export-controlled or operationally sensitive material through the enquiry form. It is a general business channel and is not accredited for material of that nature. If your enquiry requires a protected channel, contact us and we will agree one before you send anything.

Personal information you submit is handled under our privacy policy.

Where we link to a third-party site, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites, do not endorse their content, and accept no responsibility for them.

Limitation of liability

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia and the courts competent to hear appeals from them.
